Photocatalytic Technology
What is Photocatalyst?
Photocatalyst, also known as catalyst of light, is a general term for semiconductor materials with photocatalytic function represented by nano-scale titanium dioxide. A representative photocatalyst material is titanium dioxide, which can generate strong oxidizing substances (such as hydroxyl radicals, oxygen, etc.) under light irradiation, and can be used to decompose organic compounds, some inorganic compounds, bacteria and viruses.

The origin and development of photocatalytic technology
In 1967, Fujishima Akira, a doctoral student at the University of Tokyo, Japan, accidentally irradiated a titanium oxide photoelectrode placed in water with an ultraviolet lamp during an experiment, and was surprised to find that water was decomposed into oxygen and hydrogen. In subsequent experiments, Fujishima Akira also found that titanium dioxide has strong oxidative and hydrophilic properties under the irradiation of light, and has ideal antibacterial, air purification, water purification, and antifouling capabilities. In 1972, Mr. Fujishima Akira and his doctoral supervisor, Professor Kenichi Honda, published the research results on the power of purifying the world in the journal nature, and when they published it, it caused a sensation in the world. This is the famous “Honda-Fujishima Effect”.
For more than 30 years, based on the ” Honda-Fujishima Effect”, after continuous research by many enterprises and experts, the research of photocatalytic technology has finally made a breakthrough, and the photocatalytic technology has begun to meet the requirements of industrial production. At present, environmental protection materials in various forms such as powders, solutions, gels, and coatings can be made under industrial conditions.

AOINN Photocatalytic Technology
The power to purify the world
In 2002, AOINN took the lead in introducing Japanese photocatalytic technology, breaking China’s blank in this technology field.
The founder of AOINN Mr. Chen Huanguang, has a forward-looking strategic vision. As early as the beginning of 2002, he saw the huge market potential in the field of indoor air pollution, which is related to people’s health, and decisively invited the world’s leading experts in photocatalytic materials in the field of indoor air purification——Dr. Xu Yaohua of Japanese nationality and imported advanced technology from Japan, and hired Chinese chemical engineering and nanotechnology experts——Professor Ge Zuguang of East China University of Science and Technology, a scientist enjoying special government allowances from the State Council——Professor Wang Liangyan, doctoral supervisor of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, South China Normal University Researcher Su Kehui from the Department of Chemistry of the University and other well-known experts at home and abroad formed a research and development team to set up a project team for development.
Inheritance and innovation, create and enjoy pure space experience
On the basis of Japan’s photocatalytic technology, AOINN expert team continues to research and innovate to realize the secondary development and application of photocatalytic technology, making this technology widely used in the fields of indoor harmful gas pollution control, indoor microbial pollution control, and indoor particulate pollution control. widely used and developed. It is because of the wisdom and innovative spirit of AOINN people that the secondary development and application of photocatalytic technology has been realized, and the advanced and unique AOINN photocatalytic technology has emerged as the times require.
AOINN photocatalytic technology carries AOINN wisdom and is the core of AOINN inspiration to create a pure space. In the face of increasingly complex indoor environmental pollution and high-quality environmental experience requirements, AOINN upholds its mission and responsibility, insists on innovation, and continuously realizes technological leaps. AOINN maintains a leading position in the field of photocatalysis technology in China.

Indoor harmful gas treatment solution technology
The company breaks through the traditional research ideas, insists on independent innovation, and has developed a chemical modification method that is gradually advanced to make the activity of nano-photocatalytic materials reach or exceed the world's advanced level.

Indoor microbial treatment solution technology
Taking advantage of the safety, non-toxicity, antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of nano-titanium dioxide active materials; the antibacterial spectrum, sterilization and other characteristics of silver ions, titanium dioxide silver-carrying technology organically combines titanium dioxide and silver ions, making full use of nano-titanium dioxide's long-term bacteriostatic properties and silver ions all-weather antibacterial Sexual characteristics, double antibacterial, safe, efficient and durable.

Indoor particulate matter treatment solution technology
The AOINN photocatalyst is fixed on the surface of the nickel-based material by electrodeposition covering technology. The photocatalytic performance is stable, the nano-photocatalyst is not easy to fall off, and it is resistant to oxidation and high temperature, ensuring the long-term effectiveness of the product.
